Skip the calendar if the ask is pure design staff augmentation, production-only UX help, implementation with no product decision authority, or specialist advice that belongs to legal, security, privacy, or compliance owners.

Before you book
Bring the messy context if it helps: product goals, notes, artifacts, pressure points. Public materials stay limited to facts you have approved.
Private roadmaps, dashboards, datasets, PHI, confidential product artifacts, and client screenshots stay out of public materials unless you choose otherwise.
Working material belongs in the working room. It is not raw copy for the public site.
If you share product goals, roadmap notes, or other artifacts for the call, they are used to pinpoint the product decision pressure.
The next step is a recommended fractional, sprint, or advisory scope. Most work starts with a 2 to 4 week plan.
